Took dogs for walk in field next door. Lovely day. Guess land will be set for new crop soon. Muck spreading overdue. Dogs will love, us not!

Driving down to Swansea in afternoon change (after dental visit). Got up early, got lots done, few interruptions; time for tea & tweeting.

Eeek. Dentist today. Had a lot done when I was a kid and things were more primitive – hard to knockout, harder to revive).

@ericspicts wrong air pressure can damage sensitive components in DSLR imho, stick to devices designed for purpose.

Last day of my holiday. Will return to Swansea this evening to avoid long drive in the morning. Enjoyed my break. Better finish than start.

• Spent few hours in Derby TC today. Suprisingly busy. Lot of empty shops though. #
• Yet another traffic accident on A41 just outside Newport. This time at junction for Sheriffhales. Road blocked. Lot of police plus FB. #
• Stayed at Breadsall Priory Marriott, Derby last night. Very nice. On points. No charge for breakie. Forgot gift so gave me 5k pts back #
• Had a great time in Ripley, Derbyshire with longstanding friends last night. More beer than I am used to. Well worth it. #
• Enjoying surprisingly nice food at a Little Chef just north of Derby. Good to see normal tables and chairs rather than fixed ones. #
