My windows PC has slowed down

Not a month goes by without a friend or relative asking for advice on what to do about speeding up their Windows PC. Got another one today and decided to blog my response when Facebook would not let me reply in full properly for reasons that still escape me. At least I can now refers others.

No wonder I am on sick leave

I have a chest infection with asthma complications and have been told by my Doctor to stay off work and not to do any at home. It is surprising that I have lasted as long as I have given the kind of life I lead living in hotels, working long hours, eating badly and not exercising.
